Salt Spring Island Land Survey

In 2012 we began working with the owners of this Salt Spring Island property to transform a single waterfront lot on the west side of Salt Spring Island into a family retreat. The planning began with a full topographic survey of the 19 acre lot and the creation of a detailed base plan, which included the design of a three lot bare land strata, a road and driveway network, and recreational features such as a swimming pool, agricultural area and a waterfront viewing platform and staircase. The base plan was used to support applications to local and provincial governments. Finally, a bare land subdivision plan was prepared to create the three strata lots and common areas.
